Restaurant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
  • Proficient in labor scheduling, cost control, and operational execution
  • Excellent guest communication and problem-solving abilities

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in gastropub, grill & taphouse, or casual comfort-food concepts
  • Familiarity with rotating menu items or draft beer programs
  • Proven track record of fostering positive workplace culture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bar execution experience
