We are looking for a self-driven Restaurant General Manager to add to our growing team. Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to oversee FOH and BOH operations
- Strong experience with P&L management, labor control, inventory, and cost management
- Experience recruiting, training, and developing management and hourly teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in casual dining or polished casual concepts
- Track record of improving operational performance and profitability
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Ability to build a positive, accountable team culture
