Sous Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Assist, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Execute and oversee our menus, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Drive kitchen efficiency, food cost controls, inventory management, and labor optimization
- Collaborate with BOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain consistency in dessert production, presentation, and execution
- Foster a positive, professional, and fun kitchen culture
Sous Chef Responsibilities Include:
- 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in upscale or fine dining settings
- Proven leadership skills with a people-first mindset
- Working knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations
- Ability to teach, coach, and develop team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage dual responsibilities
- A passion for hospitality, creativity, and culinary excellence
