We are seeking a high-energy Front of House Manager for a high-volume, restaurant and bar-driven entertainment venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, hospitality, team development, and delivering standout guest experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably $5 million+ in annual sales
  • Strong bar operations experience, nightlife, entertainment venue, or multi-outlet experience preferred
  • Proven leadership experience with servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Strong culinary awareness and passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Experience managing labor, revenue goals, service standards, and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local food and beverage service regulations
  • Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in dining rooms, bars, kitchens, cooler areas, and event spaces

Must Haves:

  • Maintain a strong floor presence during peak service, events, and high-volume shifts
  • Support bar flow, responsible alcohol service, and timely guest service across multiple outlets
  • Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally while protecting the overall guest experience
  • Coordinate with culinary, bar leadership, and senior management to execute daily service and special events
  • Monitor staffing levels, labor usage, cleanliness, organization, and service energy throughout the venue
  • Coach FOH team members in real time to improve performance, hospitality, and consistency

  • Experience in a restaurant and bar-driven entertainment venue
  • Background in nightlife, events, or high-energy hospitality environments
  • Strong sales-focused leadership style
  • Ability to stay calm, confident, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and polished communication style
  • Dependable, accountable, and committed to continuous development
