We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants hands-on case responsibility, strong mentorship, and the ability to grow within an expanding law firm.

Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas

• 2+ years of legal experience; personal injury exposure required

• Willingness to work in-office and maintain a consistent on-site presence

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client service skills when working with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize deadlines across multiple active files

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys, case managers, and litigation support staff

• Able to handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking claims, premises liability, workplace injuries, and related cases

Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
