Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our client's team. This role is responsible for managing daily general ledger activities, performing account and bank reconciliations, supporting month-end close processes, and preparing ad hoc financial reports. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and skilled in financial reporting and accounting systems.

Accountant Responsibilities

Perform daily general ledger transactions and reconciliations
Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate reporting
Conduct account and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and support audit processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams
Assist with special projects and financial analysis as needed

Accountant Qualifications

Experience in General Ledger and Month-End Close
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE) and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Solid understanding of GAAP principles
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
