A rapidly growing, client-focused wealth advisory firm is looking to add an Associate Director to their Madison, WI team. This is an opportunity to step into a next-level advisory role, supporting high-net-worth clients while beginning to take ownership of client relationships.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with senior advisors to support and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
Participate in and help lead client and prospect meetings
Develop and deliver financial planning recommendations using tools like eMoney
Prepare and present investment portfolio analysis and related financial materials
Begin managing a segment of client relationships independently over time
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Support compliance processes and uphold best practices

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory
Active Series 65 (or equivalent)
CFP required
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$100,000K salary + 15% bonus
