A fast-growing, locally-loved restaurant concept in Saint Louis, MO is expanding its leadership crew and seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for nighttime and closing shifts only. Restaurant Shift Supervisor Benefits and Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $20-25/hr + tip pool (average ~$30/hr)
  • Consistent full-time schedule: 40–45 hours/week, with 2 days off

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in casual, QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual restaurants
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must live within STL city limits for long-term success (not IL or outlying suburbs)
  • Must thrive during nighttime and closing shifts only
  • Proven leadership style: leads by example, coaches with intent, and upholds operational standards
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a positive attitude are crucial

Must Haves:

  • Builds respectful, accountable relationships with crew members
  • Hands-on leadership—this is a role for action-oriented operators, not just task delegators
  • Maintains quality control across dine-in, catering, and delivery service operations
  • Upholds standards and streamlines systems for customer experience
  • Demonstrates consistent punctuality, focus, and decision-making in dynamic settings

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in high-speed food service concepts (e.g., sandwich chains, pizza shops, QSRs)
  • Familiar with structured systems and fast-moving service models
  • Curious, growth-minded, and open to learning and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and authentic presence—genuine individuals excel here
