A well-established litigation firm focused on commercial disputes is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role offers hands-on experience managing cases with increasing independence, within a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth and work-life balance—without billable hour requirements.
Mid-Level Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters from early stages through resolution with appropriate supervision
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Assist with and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal considerations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management
Mid-Level Attorney Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
- Familiarity with state court procedures, filings, and service requirements
- Some deposition and/or courtroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
- Solid legal writing and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
