  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a service team in a heavy equipment company

  • Ability to maintain high standards of responsiveness, honesty, and integrity
  • Proficient in maintaining clear and transparent customer billing
  • Oversee daily duties of mechanics, shop helpers, and parts department representatives
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and workload balance across all areas
