A tech-driven tax advisory firm serving closely-held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and investors is seeking a client-facing Tax Manager to join their growing team.

This role includes reviewing complex returns (1120S, 1065, 1040), advising clients on tax planning strategies, and leading a small team of 2–4 tax associates.

What we're looking for

7+ years of tax experience
Experience with S-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals
CPA or EA
Prior experience mentoring or leading tax staff

Nice to have: 1120s, trusts, estate planning, or PE/VC exposure
