We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for our family-owned seafood restaurant group in San Luis Obispo, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seafood, a creative culinary vision, and a track record of successful menu development. As an integral member of our team, the Executive Chef will oversee culinary staff, manage food costs, and drive innovation in the kitchen.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
  • Strong seafood expertise and advanced culinary skills
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends and food safety regulations
  • Proven ability to train, lead, and motivate kitchen teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead all kitchen operations and culinary staff
  • Drive menu development and innovation with a seafood-focused vision
  • Manage food costs, labor, and kitchen standards
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences
