We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for our family-owned seafood restaurant group in San Luis Obispo, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seafood, a creative culinary vision, and a track record of successful menu development. As an integral member of our team, the Executive Chef will oversee culinary staff, manage food costs, and drive innovation in the kitchen.

Qualifications

3+ years as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
Strong seafood expertise and advanced culinary skills
Knowledge of current culinary trends and food safety regulations
Proven ability to train, lead, and motivate kitchen teams
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

Lead all kitchen operations and culinary staff
Drive menu development and innovation with a seafood-focused vision
Manage food costs, labor, and kitchen standards
Deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences

Compensation & Benefits
