Restaurant Manager
Our growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead our team. We are in the midst of opening new concepts and are bringing on talented, motivated self-starters who thrive in independent, hospitality-driven environments and want to grow with a dynamic and expanding organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Prior leadership experience in an independent or chef-driven restaurant concept
- Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house and support staff through clear expectations and accountability
- Foster a positive, respectful, and professional team culture
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Maintain a strong guest-forward mentality, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service
- Actively manage the floor during service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues in real time
- Set, uphold, and model service standards that create memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution
Daily Operations & Service Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and staff preparedness
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels while balancing labor efficiency and service quality
- Maintain consistency in service, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant
Communication, Safety & Compliance
- Communicate effectively with ownership, chefs, and management teams
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and labor regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
- TIPs and ServSafe certification required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
