Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base + uncapped commission

We are hiring a sales-driven business operations leader to own revenue growth, retention, and core business systems for a growing service-based organization.

This role blends hands-on sales execution with operational ownership. You will close deals, lead retention conversations, manage CRM workflows, and deliver clear reporting to leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new client acquisition and retention
  • Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and conversions
  • Lead renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and pauses
  • Oversee payroll execution and accuracy
  • Track KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports
  • Improve CRM workflows and automate manual tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales background (phone, enrollment, or service-based sales)
  • Proven ownership of revenue and conversion metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting
  • Payroll oversight experience
  • Organized, analytical, and results-driven
