Restaurant Assistant Back of House Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Coaching and developing the team.
  • Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
  • Motivating the team through thick and thin
  • Good career tenure.
  • 2 plus years of experience in supervisory or management – introductory role mainly focused on leading the Back Of House
  • Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
