District Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the results of 6-7 restaurants
Hire, Mentor, and support a team to achieve excellence in customer service
Deliver an exceptional, fresh, high-quality product daily
Ensure standards are maximized regarding cleanliness and sanitation
Produce high-performing, financially successful stores
Be a resource for all problems and work collaboratively to resolve issues
Be the Brand Ambassador of the company

District Manager Qualifications:

Five years of GM/ Multi-unit experience
Great attitude, inspirational
Proven success managing a region of 6-7 restaurants with a fast-casual concept
New store opening experience
Ability to travel
Strong financial acumen
