Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

Experienced Manager with 5-plus years' experience in a similar role
Proven track record with Sales Volume of $3-10 million
Expertise in Scratch Kitchen operations
Menu creation and innovation skills
Hands-on leader with strong management capabilities
Bilingual proficiency preferred
Ability to manage and control financials effectively
