Shift Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – High-Volume, 24-Hour Fast Food Restaurant

Job Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
Create a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Job Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous fast food expierence preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture
