Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

Previous experience as an assistant in a casual full-service concept or GM experience in a fast casual concept
Significant to-go/catering experience
Solid tenure
Fully Cross-trained in FOH and BOH.
Hands-on leadership style, working side-by-side to support the team
Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
