We are seeking a skilled Professional Grill Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in preparing and presenting hot-side menu items—Primarily high-end steaks—with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, consistency, and pride in their work, while being eager to grow with a company dedicated to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy and consistency. Dry-aged Wagyu steaks.
Support line cooks during service with prep, plating, and garnish execution.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Uphold the high presentation standards.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of line cook experience required (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
Strong knife skills and station organization.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dinner-only environment.
Passion for food, precision, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Reliability and teamwork mindset.

What We Offer

Competitive pay: $22–$27 per hour based on experience
Consistent evening schedule (Wednesday – Sunday, 4 PM – 11 PM)
