Looking for a Restaurant District Manager who has an ownership mentality and will be responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, people development, and alignment with company goals and values.

Market spans from Oceanside, Temecula, Perris and Palm Desert, CA.

Restaurant District Manager Benefits:

Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant concepts
  • 1+ years of current multi-unit leadership experience, District Manager title is preferred
  • Experience overseeing a minimum of 6 locations
  • Experience leading a team of leaders
  • Experience managing P&L and driving operational and financial excellence
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • Fantastic communication skills and employee engagement
  • Available to consistently travel to locations across the market (95% travel)
  • Open and available at any time, with that ownership mentality

Restaurant District Manager Preferred Skills and Background:

  • Currently living within the market
  • Experience with community involvement
