What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in General Practice, with at least 1 year in Urgent Care (must be able to practice solo)
- Licensure: Active California DVM license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal, coaching, and team-building skills
- Decision-Making: Proven ability to prioritize, analyze, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Mindset: A compassionate, servant-leadership approach and a genuine commitment to patient care
- Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and current standards in veterinary medicine
