If you are an Executive Chef with a strong passion for food integrity, love to work with the freshest local ingredients, love to make everything from scratch, and want to work in a high-end environment where you are free to express your creativity, then we want to talk to you! This is for a Pub-style restaurant by Dupont Circle that is expanding to a larger location a few blocks away. We are looking for a talented chef to develop our new culinary program for this revised concept.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

4+ years of Executive Chef or CDC level experience in an upscale restaurant or pub concept
High-volume; fast-paced environment experience of $2 million in sales
Strong organizational leadership and knowledge of cost control systems
Ability to create menus and train staff to implement them properly
Create and implement systems for quality control, sanitation, cost control, inventory, ordering, recipes and training
