Mike brings a deep HR foundation rooted in the logistics and transportation industry, where he supported hiring and workforce strategy across highly operational, fast-paced environments. His experience spans recruiting and HR partnership for frontline and leadership roles alike, ranging from CDL drivers and operations managers to trailer technicians, diesel mechanics, and sales professionals managing large, multi-state territories.
His journey into recruiting was driven by a desire to change how the process feels for both candidates and clients. Over time, he noticed a consistent gap: Recruiters often owned the hiring process, but rarely took responsibility for representing a company’s culture or the reality of the role, despite not being the hiring manager. Mike saw an opportunity to bridge that gap.
