We are recruiting a Commercial Broker to serve as a trusted real estate advisor in the Central VA market, connecting buyers and sellers through innovative auction strategies and traditional brokerage solutions. Leveraging an industry-leading platform and marketing resources, you will drive transparent, efficient transactions while maximizing value for clients in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Commercial Broker Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $90K, plus commission
Medical, dental, vision, supplemental, life, and disability insurance
401(k) with match

Commercial Broker Responsibilities:

Lead market analysis to identify trends, valuations, and investment opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, property owners, and investors
Oversee the strategic listing, marketing, and positioning of commercial properties
Negotiate and manage complex lease and sale transactions from start to close
Ensure transaction documentation is accurate, compliant, and risk-aware
Drive business development through networking, referrals, and market leadership
Collaborate with leadership and mentor junior brokers

Commercial Broker Requirements:

BS degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of commercial real estate broker experience and a successful track record of business transactions
Virginia Real Estate Broker License required, and having surrounding State brokers' licenses is a plus
CCIM designation or auction-based transaction experience preferred
Through understanding of the commercial real estate market, laws and regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions
Experience with MLS platforms, CRM systems, and advanced Microsoft Office
