Currently looking for a College Bar General Manager to oversee a multi-unit bar in Tallahassee!

College Bar General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

2+ years General Manager experience in a college bar concept
4+ years experience working in college bar nightlife
Sales volume of $3M+
Incredible leadership mentality, leading with integrity and genuine care for others
Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
Ability to work late nights
Must have patience and a teamwork mentality
Willingness to learn and grow as part of the organization
Do-whatever-it-takes and outside-the-box mentality
Must be loyal to staying in Tallahassee and being a part of company growth
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Email, Excel

College Bar General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

Experience in a college bar atmosphere
Previous bartender experience is appreciated
