Our client is a local machine shop that is in need of a CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector to join their highly tenured team of machinists.
CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate of $45 – $52 per hour
- M-R 4 x 10 hour shift
- Paid vacation and PTO
- 401k after 1 year
CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector Responsibilties
- Program and operate Mitutoyo CMM using CMM Manager software.
- Inspect machined parts from first article through final inspection and prepare reports.
- Perform inspections in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Identify supplier discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, maintain quality systems, and report nonconforming products to production management.
CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector Requirements
- Ability to program CMM-Mitutoyo CrystaApex.
- Mastery of relevant manufacturing and quality-related skills and concepts including advanced blueprint reading, working knowledge of GD&T, strong mathematics and analytical skills.
