Are you a results-driven, hands-on restaurant leader who knows how to inspire teams and improve performance across multiple locations? We're seeking a District Manager who can develop General Managers, strengthen daily operations, and drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced QSR environment.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the restaurants, coaching teams, solving challenges, and building a culture of accountability and success.

District Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit management experience within QSR
- Background leading high-volume quick-service restaurants
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, labor management, and operational performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers while building future leaders
- Maintain operational consistency, food safety, compliance, and brand standards
- Conduct restaurant visits, evaluate performance, and implement improvement plans
- Experience developing internal talent and promoting from within
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
- Current food safety certification and valid driver's license
- Energetic, adaptable leadership style with a strong presence in the field
