Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Market Leader to drive and oversee their business development within the mixed use practice area. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability.
Architectural Market Leader – Mixed Use Benefits and Compensation
- Hybrid position
- Base salary of $150-180k+ commission
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement

Architectural Market Leader – Mixed Use Responsibilities
- Ownership of the business development strategy for the local area.
- Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Architectural Market Leader – Mixed Use Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
- Proven track record of mixed use business development
- Licensed architect in any state
