Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for an Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – Mixed Use to drive and oversee their company strategy for their mixed use client division. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability.
Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – Mixed Use Benefits and Compensation
- Fully remote position
- Base salary of $150-190k + commission
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement

Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – Mixed Use Responsibilities
- Ownership of the business development strategy for the mixed use division.
- Implement the mixed use business development to drive business
- Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
- Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in mixed use design.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – Mixed Use Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
- Must have mixed use project experience
- 5+ years of management and full P&L experience
- 2+ years of experience with the development of mixed use design projects
