Outside Sales Representative – Benefits and Compensation

• Guaranteed base compensation for the first 1–2 years while you build your territory PLUS Commission

Outside Sales Representative – Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, foodservice distribution, restaurant management, restaurant ownership, or a related foodservice role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, foodservice products, and customer purchasing needs
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, develop new business, and grow existing accounts
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable prospecting, making customer visits, and independently managing a territory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

Outside Sales Representative – Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with broadline foodservice distributors
• Background with a regional or specialty foodservice distributor
• Established relationships with independent restaurants, restaurant owners, chefs, and foodservice operators
• Experience opening new accounts, growing sales, and identifying additional opportunities within existing customer relationships
• Strong foodservice industry knowledge, a competitive sales personality, and a goal-oriented mindset; a college degree is not required
