Fast Casual Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train, coach, and develop the team

Fast Casual Assistant Manager Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience – fast-casual preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a structured, corporate environment preferred
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Schedule flexibility for full-time employment
