We are searching for a Restaurant Director of Operations to join our team and help support the restaurant operations at all levels. You will be responsible for developing several markets, including growth plans.
Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Be a true brand champion and leader with your team, vendors, and the public
- Develop strong relationships with area managers, helping to drive sales and increase store volume
- Provide support, leadership, and guidance to Area Managers
- Assist in the development of goals and business plans
Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management involving inventory management, P&L, sales, and customer service
- Available for travel approximately 75% of the time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Oversaw around 15 to 20 locations
