General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring and training of management staff.
- Maintaining processes for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Managing store level budgets
- Reviewing Profit and Loss statements/planning for opportunity recovery.
- Developing a guest-centric atmosphere.
General Manager Qualifications Include:
- At least 4-years previous experience as a General Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding Time Management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills required.
- QSR experience required.
