General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous management experience in quick-service restaurants, preferably within a recognized brand
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, labor control, and cost management
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on people, product, service, and profitability
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the management team and crew members
• Manage labor and staffing levels aligned with business needs and sales forecasts
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational policies
• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and implement action plans to improve outcomes
• Foster a positive culture that encourages engagement and accountability among all employees
