This private dining operation serves an ultra-high-net-worth resident clientele and delivers an elevated, highly personalized hospitality experience. Benefits & Compensation
- $100,000–$110,000 salary
- 3 weeks paid vacation
- Company covers 75% of healthcare premiums, including dental and vision
- Approximately 40–50 hours per week

Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive fine dining or luxury hospitality management experience
- Deep understanding of high-touch, elevated service standards
- Experience working with affluent or VIP clientele
- Strong floor management and guest relations skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support front-of-house teams
- Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Polished, mature, and professional presence
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an experienced management team
- Stable career history with a demonstrated interest in long-term growth
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with high-profile clientele
Preferred Background & Skills
- Michelin-starred or Michelin-caliber fine dining experience
- Luxury hotel, private club, residential dining, or other high-end hospitality experience
- Experience managing highly personalized guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and hospitality standards
- Experience working with an established, tenured team
- Someone seeking a long-term opportunity with the potential to grow into greater leadership responsibilities
