A leading community recreation organization is seeking a passionate Youth Soccer Program Director to oversee all aspects of youth soccer programming. Youth Soccer Program Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience leading youth soccer recreation programs, competitive clubs, or varsity-level teams.
- Proven expertise with league management software.
- Strong understanding of FIFA/USSF safety protocols, including concussion management.
- Demonstrated skill in athletic event or tournament coordination.
Youth Soccer Program Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing coaches and volunteers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging parents and partnering with local organizations.
Youth Soccer Program Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee youth leagues, clinics, tournaments, and seasonal soccer camps.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate soccer curriculum for players
- Recruit, train, and support coaching staff and parent volunteers.
- Supervise field scheduling, equipment maintenance, and game-day operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents, resolving inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
- Build partnerships with local schools and soccer clubs to expand programming and community engagement.
