Quality of Life Chef de Cuisine

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef leader who is looking for better quality of life and career advancement. This Chef de Cuisine will oversee daily prep, kitchen cleanliness, organization, ordering, proper storage, scratch food production, and weekend brunch service for a high volume, chef driven concept.

Quality of Life Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a culinary management role
  • Highly organized with a focus on cleanliness, kitchen sanitation, and food production
  • Must be skilled in butchery, scratch production, and woodfired cookery
  • Point person and liaison for health department and vendors
  • Organization and proper storage of walk-ins, production areas, and dry storage
  • Leadership of prep team, sous chefs, and line cooks
  • Leads brunch service on weekends
