Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ Years of General Manager Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Scratch Kitchen Experience with a strong appreciation for food quality and execution
- Proven Leadership Skills with a servant-leader mentality
- Strong Business Acumen and experience managing sales, labor, food costs, and profitability
- Exceptional Communication & Attention to Detail
- Positive, High-Energy Leadership Style that sets the tone for the entire restaurant
