Kitchen Manager – Hendersonville, TN
Join a proven, high‑volume, family‑style restaurant known for scratch‑made comfort food, fast lunch execution, and a loyal community following. We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads from the line, builds strong teams, and delivers consistent quality every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all BOH operations with a focus on speed, consistency, and hospitality
- Train, coach, and develop a reliable kitchen team
- Maintain recipe adherence, portion control, and quality standards
- Oversee prep, line checks, sanitation, and daily food safety compliance
- Manage inventory, ordering, waste reduction, and vendor communication
- Support smooth lunch‑rush execution in a high‑traffic environment
What You Bring
- Experience in high‑volume, family‑style or casual dining kitchens
- Strong leadership presence and hands‑on management style
- Proven ability to maintain consistency across a broad scratch‑made menu
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and compliance
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to team culture
