Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining restaurant
• Experience managing annual restaurant sales of $6 million or more
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls
• Proven ability to lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Exceptional polish, professionalism, and executive presence
• Commitment to providing memorable hospitality and consistently exceeding guest expectations
• Experience recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing managers and hourly team members
• Ability to establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for operational results
• Strong partnership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Executive Chef and senior leadership
• Dedication to maintaining exceptional standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
