4th/5th Grade Elementary Teacher Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and classroom management in a private school setting.
• Expertise in core subjects: Math, Science, English Language Arts, History, and Arts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inspiring, positive classroom environment.
• Experience engaging students with diverse learning needs.

4th/5th Grade Elementary Teacher Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs and school standards.
