We are seeking a visionary hospitality General Manager for our hotel in Bozeman, MT, to take the helm of our property and elevate the guest experience. General Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train hotel staff
- Oversee daily hotel operations and staffing
- Provide timely performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and employee terminations in accordance with policy
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence for guests and ensure a high level of service across all departments
- Uphold professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels in alignment with budget guidelines
General Manager Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to demonstrate genuine hospitality to guests and team members
