Distribution Center Operations Supervisor Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience leading and coaching frontline teams.
- Knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and RF technology.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
Distribution Center Operations Supervisor Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations and assign team priorities.
- Coach, train, and develop associates for success.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational performance.
