Retail Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume fashion specialty apparel retail operation. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, driving sales, creating an exceptional customer experience, and taking ownership of overall store performance.
The ideal candidate brings successful fashion or specialty retail leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to balance people leadership with sales, merchandising, inventory, labor, and profitability.

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day store operations while driving sales, customer experience, profitability, and overall store performance
- Manage, coach, develop, schedule, and hold accountable a team of approximately 30 employees, including developing future leaders
- Manage key retail performance drivers including sales, labor, payroll, margins, expenses, shrink, inventory, and store KPIs
- Oversee inventory, receiving, visual merchandising, product presentation, purchasing, merchandise planning, and vendor relationships
- Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence while building customer loyalty, strengthening team performance, and partnering with ownership on business priorities
Retail Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Successful Store Manager experience within fashion apparel, footwear, accessories, lifestyle, specialty retail, or a comparable merchandise-driven retail environment
- Strong experience with team leadership, hiring, training, performance management, inventory control, visual merchandising, labor management, and store profitability
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required
- Experience with retail POS and inventory systems; Retail Pro experience preferred, along with proficiency using Google Workspace and Calendar
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
