Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- Full-service restaurant background
- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- Solid understanding of labor, food costs, inventory, and other financials
- Commitment to food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead effectively in a busy, high-volume environment
