Hotel Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in hotel management
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and restaurant functions
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Hotel Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Proficiency with PMS hotel technology systems
Hotel Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Interact with guests, resolving concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain brand standards in all daily operations
- Oversee hiring, training, and ongoing development of team members
- Manage costs and implement effective budgeting strategies
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Enforce safety procedures across all departments
- Coordinate activities between front desk, food service, and housekeeping teams
