Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a background supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment? We are seeking a polished, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive, helping manage both professional priorities and key personal responsibilities while ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.
This is a unique opportunity to become the trusted right hand to a dynamic leader, oversee complex priorities, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and play a critical role in keeping both business and personal operations running at the highest level.
What You'll Do
- Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing multiple business and personal priorities
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Screen communications, prioritize requests, and manage confidential information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives
- Support strategic projects while anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
- Manage expenses, invoices, vendor coordination, and administrative processes
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal, external, and strategic partners
What We're Looking For
- Required: Minimum of 5 years supporting an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual, family office, or private principal
- Minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or business leaders
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business technology platforms
- Strong ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and think several steps ahead
- High level of professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, executive priorities, and confidential information
