We are a family-owned and operated restaurant company. We started right here in Indianapolis over 22 years ago. We are looking for a Rock Star General Manager for our Chef -Driven Upscale Restaurant on Indianapolis's Northside. Hold on to your hats, 40- 45-hour work week!!! THAT IS NOT A MISPRINT!!! Ideally, we like all of our managers to work a 40-hour work week. Quality of life is very important to the owner for his team. Don't misunderstand: all managers must be results- and goal-driven. They must be able to build a team around themselves. They must be loyal to their team, and the team's well-being should be their first focus.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Staffing and Performance Management
- Effective communication skills
- Accountability
- Mentoring and Development
- 5 years of full-service General Manager experience
- Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a lightning-fast environment
- Skilled in leading and developing one's team
