Upscale Asian Fusion Restaurant | Tribeca, NYC

This flagship restaurant offers an elevated Asian Fusion dining experience in a beautiful two-story space featuring approximately 220 seats, an energetic bar, private dining rooms, and a growing banquet and corporate events business. Known for exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and memorable guest experiences, the restaurant serves both neighborhood regulars and visitors from around the world.

As the business continues to grow, ownership is investing in a leader who can elevate operations while expanding private dining, catering, and corporate event revenue.

The Opportunity

We're searching for a passionate, hands-on General Manager who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading service on the floor, developing future leaders, driving financial performance, and building relationships throughout the local business community. This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership, make meaningful decisions, and help shape the future of a growing hospitality organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining elevated hospitality standards.
• Own restaurant financial performance, including labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and profitability.
• Drive growth in private dining, catering, banquet, and corporate event business.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, event planners, and community organizations.
• Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, and business growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and hospitality-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader.
• Experience leading upscale, full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Proven success developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience with private dining, banquets, catering, or event-driven business.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Stable employment history with progressive career growth.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required.
